Join our intimate blacksmithing workshop, where you'll receive individual attention from the instructor as you craft your own functional and stylish pizza cutter. Perfect for beginners, this project incorporates fundamental blacksmithing techniques in a compact, manageable format. By the end of the session, you'll have a hand-forged pizza cutter and the skills to continue your blacksmithing journey.

What You'll Learn:
Basic forging techniques
Tapering and drawing out metal
Shaping and bending metal
Forging to finish
Grinding and sharpening the blade

Project Overview:
We'll guide you through each step to create a unique pizza cutter. This project covers essential skills and results in a practical, handmade tool to take home.

No Experience Necessary:

Designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. Enjoy personalized instruction in a small class setting!

Items to Bring/Wear to Class

  • IMPORTANT: Wear 100% Cotton Clothing Only.  Synthetic Materials will get singed and burnt being that you'll constantly be around a heat source.
  • Closed Toe Shoes
  • Ear/Eye Protection
  • Water Bottle for hydration

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Sergey's blacksmithing journey ignited in 2021 during his inaugural class, where the first swing of the hammer captivated him. Since that transformative moment, he has passionately dedicated himself to the art of blacksmithing. Focusing on creating practical objects for everyday use, such as ornate garden trellises and culinary tools, he is driven by a desire to share his knowledge and passion for blacksmithing. He believes that the preservation and proliferation of traditional crafts are vital for fostering creativity, resilience, and a deeper connection to our past.
