Miranda Stone has recently moved to Minnesota from South Carolina after graduating with her PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Clemson University. She works as an engineer for a semiconductor company in the Bloomington area but spends most of her free time crafting. Her love for glass in particular stems from time during her undergraduate studies where she worked for the university's glass studio, where she spent countless hours working on glass blowing, glass fusing, and stained glass projects and she is delighted for the opportunity to pass some of that love and knowledge along to others.
